MATH 127 - Calculus IIB: Sequences and Series Semester Offered: Fall and Spring 0.5 unit(s) Real numbers may be represented as infinite decimals. In this course we generalize this representation by studying the convergence of sequences and of series of real numbers. These notions further generalize to the convergence of sequences and series of functions. We study these ideas and their relation to the Calculus. The Department.
Prerequisite(s): MATH 121 , MATH 126 or their equivalent.
Intended for students who do not plan on enrolling in MATH 126 as well. Students should enroll in MATH 125 instead of enrolling in MATH 126 /127. Not open to students who have received credit for MATH 125.
