ENGL 211 - Advanced Creative Writing: Verse

Development of the student’s abilities as a writer and reader of poetry. In addition to written poetry, other forms of poetic expressions may be explored, such as performance and spoken word. Joshua Harmon.

Prerequisite(s): Open to students who have taken ENGL 205, ENGL 206, or ENGL 207.

In order to register for this class, students should complete an application prior to preregistration, using a form available in the English Department in lieu of writing samples. Notification of acceptance will be given before preregistration begins. Please do not contact the professor.

One 2-hour period and individual conferences with the instructor.
