CMPU 331 - Compilers

Studies the theory of automata for language recognition as well as the implementation of actual compilers for programming languages. During the semester students develop modules comprising the front-end of a compiler for a high-level computer. Anna Gommerstadt.

Prerequisite(s): CMPU 224 and CMPU 240. In addition, CMPU 235 or CMPU 245 is recommended, but not required.

Two 75-minute periods.
