Students undertaking the correlate sequence must complete 6 units. All students must take Introduction to Africana Studies. In addition, students must complete AFRS 208 ; AFRS 307 ; AFRS 308 ; and AFRS 311 . Student must also take AFRS 205 , or in consultation with the correlate adviser, another approved course. Only one credit from study abroad and/or summer intensive Arabic language programs may count toward the Arabic Language and Culture correlate.
