Students studying outside of Vassar for a semester may count three courses toward their major.  All will be listed as 200 level courses.  Following completion of the semester, majors may petition for one of the three to count as a 300 level by providing the following: syllabus, their work for the course, and a paragraph on why the course should be considered a 300 level.
