Sexuality education has been and continues to be a controversial topic in the United States, and yet this is not the case globally. While some areas of the world shun sexuality education, others embrace it. In this course, we explore sexuality education from a global perspective, examine and apply exemplary curricula, and develop our own methodologies for creating and teaching holistic lifespan-based sexuality education courses that meet the needs of young people today.
