LALS 216 - Language Revitalization

Semester Offered: Spring

(Same as ANAS 216  and ANTH 216 ) This Intensive focuses on language revitalization and documentation efforts of endangered languages, and also of languages that are undervalued or discriminated against by majority populations. Students can develop their own project, or work with the instructor in an ongoing digital humanities project that focuses on Mesoamerican languages. David Tavárez.
