INTL 182 - The Twenty-First Century WorldWide Refugee CrisisSemester Offered: Spring 1 unit(s) Currently, more than 60 million people across the globe are displaced by war, violence, and environmental destruction; half of them are children. This worldwide refugee crisis is the largest displacement of people since WWII. Together with faculty from the departments of Philosophy, History, Sociology, Geography, and Environmental Studies, students study different aspect of the crisis and explore ways in which they, as global citizens, can contribute to alleviating this crisis.
