DANC 284 - Dramatic Acrobatics Semester Offered: Spring 1 unit(s) (Same as DRAM 284 ) Explore tools for devising and telling dramatic stories on stage using highly physical language including tumbling, partner acrobatics, movement and contact improv. In addition to rigorous training in acrobatic skills, students develop their creative body, practice listening and sensitivity to stage partner(s), and hone their presence and emotional availability on stage. Students learn to safely conduct a daily personal warm-up, train physical skills, and devise movement stories in ensemble without a choreographer or director. Hannah Gaff.
