PHIL 236 - Philosophy of Law 1 unit(s) This course introduces students to the philosophical analysis of law and legal institutions. Topics may include legal positivism, natural law, legal formalism and realism, as well as questions about constitutional interpretation and legal discretion.
Prerequisite(s): One 100-level course in Philosophy.
Two 75-minute periods.
