MATH 317 - Advanced Numerical Methods

Advanced numerical methods that arise from the study of differential equations and linear algebra. Topics include multi-step and Runge-Kutta methods for ODEs, finite difference and finite element methods for PDEs, and iterative methods for linear algebraic systems and eigenvalue computation.
