FFS 394 - Independent Work on Post-Study Away Projects Semester Offered: Fall and Spring 0.5 unit(s) This intensive brings together students who wish to deepen their understanding of a specific area of interest related to their study away and work with data gathered while abroad. Students supplement their findings while away with research at home as well as exercises that foster critical reflection on the topic in bi-weekly group meetings and independently. This work culminates in a final project or paper that is presented salon-style to their peers and the department. Students are invited to propose topics prior to their departure abroad.
