PHIL 236 - Philosophy of Law Semester Offered: Fall 1 unit(s) This course introduces students to the philosophical analysis of law and legal institutions. Topics may include legal positivism, natural law, legal formalism and realism, as well as questions about constitutional interpretation and legal discretion. Jamie Kelly.
Prerequisite(s): One 100-level course in Philosophy.
